We were founded in 1979 by Denis Criddle and initially provided construction contracting in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.  Success in this area led to other services being offered as demand for our expertise grew.

Prominent early projects for companies such as Woodside, BHP Billiton and Hamersley Iron cemented our reputation as a reliable partner that delivers quality engineering construction, maintenance and industrial services, and we continue to work with these clients today.

In 1984 we established an office in Perth, and in 2004 Denis was appointed executive director, a position he held until his retirement in June 2007.

In 2002, his son, Scott Criddle, was appointed Managing Director. Scott was subsequently appointed to the role of Chief Executive Officer of Decmil Group Limited ("DGL"), the company's ASX-listed parent, in July 2009. 

We have provided engineering, construction, maintenance and industrial services to the resources industry for more than 30 years and have been associated with nearly every mining and energy project in North West Australia.
