We are a wholly-owned subsidiary of Perth-based Decmil Group Limited (DGL), a multi-disciplined design, civil engineering and construction company focussed on delivering integrated solutions to blue-chip clients in the oil and gas, resources and infrastructure sectors in Western Australia through a group of wholly-owned subsidiaries.

DGL listed on the Australia Securities Exchange in April 2005 and has since acquired several businesses to create a strong foundation for further growth.

The related businesses enable clients to benefit from economies of scale, cost synergies and a strong foundation of services in engineering design and drafting, commissioning, construction, industrial coatings and maintenance.

Its long-term strategy is to grow the group's complementary businesses through acquisitions, alliances and organic business growth, delivering synergies across the business and creating long-term value to shareholders.
