This project involved bulk earthworks, civil works, construction of new accommodation units and accompanying facilities at two sites in northern Western Australia.

  • Tom Price Construction Village of 87 rooms with central facilities and all associated
    earthworks.
  • Tom Price Construction Village additional 273 rooms.
  • Karajini Lodge - Extension to 199 rooms and facilities.

There was major site preparation works at both sites, such as clearing, grubbing, importation of 60,000 cubic metres of fill from borrow pits, excavation of 30,000 cubic metres of fill, of which 10,000 cubic metres was rock.
