The Decmil Australia HSE Traineeship is specifically designed to provide first hand experience in both corporate and remote site based environments, working with experienced and dedicated project professionals across numerous disciplines.

The 18 month structured program compiles of 3 core discipline areas; Occupational Health Safety, Environmental Management and Training and Assessment. All Graduates are provided additional professional development and support both externally and internally to complement the learning experience.
The program will provide a strong foundation in the preparation for a HSE Advisor role upon successful completion of the HSE Traineeship Program and closeout of all learning outcomes in the related discipline areas.
