19/02/2009 - Decmil's top tier achieves double success in major business award

Scott Criddle and Dickie Dique

Decmil had double success at the ’40 Under 40 Awards’ last night when managing director, Scott Criddle and general manager Dickie Dique were both selected as finalists from more than 100 candidates.

Scott and Dickie’s selection as finalists in this prestigious award is an outstanding achievement for the dynamic duo. It is well deserved public recognition of their passion, dedication and focus in leading Decmil’s outstanding growth in recent years.

Scott and Dickie were both named as one of Western Australia’s top 40 pre-eminent business leaders under the age of 40 at a special dinner at Parliament House, attended by 750 people.

“I am very proud to be recognised by this award for my contribution in leading Decmil in the past seven years,” Scott said.

“With such a great team beside me, Decmil has been able to achieve outstanding success in recent years and I look forward to building on this solid foundation.”

Dickie echoed Scott’s sentiments and added that the award is recognition of the great team-effort that everyone across Decmil has contributed.

“Scott and I were happy to represent Decmil in these awards but the accolades belong to everyone in the Decmil family,” Dickie said.

“I look forward to this being the first of many awards that Decmil wins across all areas of our business.”
